5. Shipping and Order Processing

After payment is successfully completed, orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Processing Cut-Off Date:

  • Orders placed before 5:30 PM are eligible for same-day processing.
  • Orders placed after 5:30 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

If an order is placed on a public holiday, processing will begin on the following business day.

  • Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6–13 business days, depending on the final destination within the United States.

All shipments are handled by professional carriers that provide tracking services and ensure proper handling of furniture items.

  • All products purchased through our website qualify for free shipping within the United States.

No additional charges apply based on distance, weight, or order volume.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 36 hours of order confirmation, provided that the order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage.

If the cancellation request is approved within this timeframe and before shipment, the full order amount will be refunded using the same payment method selected at checkout.

Order cancellation is no longer possible under the following circumstances:

  • The order has already entered the processing stage, or more than 36 hours have passed since order confirmation.

In such cases, customers may wait for the order to be delivered and then initiate a return request in accordance with the applicable return procedure.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers may submit a return request within 45 days after delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories

  • Items that are altered, damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition are not eligible for return

We do not offer direct exchanges. Each item is managed individually within our logistics system; therefore, returns, quality inspections, and new shipments follow separate procedures.
Any replacement must be completed by placing a new order through our website.

If a return is requested due to personal preference and not due to damage, defects, or shipping errors, related costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, customers must:

  • Submit a written request including the order number and the reason for return

  • Wait for confirmation and instructions from customer support

A return shipping label is included inside the package, allowing customers to proceed with the return immediately upon receiving the item.

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 2–4 business days using the original payment method.
